Store Terms

These Terms govern use of nuby and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ pages.

Product availability, options, and prices may change before an order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, legal restriction, or an obvious pricing or listing error.

Orders, Shipping, and Returns

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free, handling is normally 1–2 business days, and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Tracking is provided after shipment.

An order may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, and the merchant pays approved return shipping. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

Product Use and Accuracy

Read the product page, packaging, instructions, age guidance, care information, and safety warnings before use. Do not use a product contrary to its instructions or for an unintended purpose.

Payments, Taxes, and Acceptable Use

Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Taxes are collected when required by applicable law.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the service unlawfully, infringe rights, or use the store for unlawful activity.
