Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order, and tracking is provided after shipment.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days.

Can I cancel an order?

An order may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

What is the return policy?

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery without giving a reason. The merchant pays return shipping for approved no-reason and quality-related returns.

Which items cannot be returned?

Custom products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products are generally not returnable, except when damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise protected by applicable law.

When will I receive a refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may need additional posting time.
