30-Day Returns and Exchanges

We accept no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending an item so we can authorize the request and provide return instructions.

For every approved return—including a no-reason return, exchange, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item—the merchant pays return shipping and provides a prepaid return label or an equivalent free arrangement.

Return Conditions and Exclusions

Return eligible items in a safe condition with included components and original packaging when reasonably possible. Handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may affect the available remedy, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.

Custom or personalized products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate, hygiene-sensitive, or personal-care items cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Refund Timing

After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under this Refund Policy.
