United States Shipping

We ship only to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order, and a tracking number is provided when the order ships.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Estimated carrier transit time after dispatch is 4–6 business days.

Tracking, Addresses, and Delays

Tracking information is sent to the contact details supplied at checkout. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Weather, carrier interruptions, peak periods, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times.

Cancellations, Taxes, and Returns

An order may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies. Taxes are collected when required by applicable law.
