About Credit/Debit Card

All prices and charges are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The methods available for a specific order are displayed securely at checkout.

Payment information is encrypted and processed by Shopify and authorized providers. nuby does not store complete card numbers or security codes.

Authorization, Billing, and Security

Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. A card issuer may place an authorization hold, request verification, approve, or decline a transaction. We may review or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized or fraud screening identifies material risk.

Taxes are charged when required by applicable law. An order may be cancelled before shipment; after shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.
